Team

Team management refers to the formation of various groups in an organization according to the nature and ability of the members to participate in decisions and problem solving, so as to improve the productivity of the organization and achieve organizational goals. Basically, the team is the basic unit of the organization, and the formation of various groups. If the members have complementary abilities and form the heterogeneous team, the effect is better, because it can be discussed from different perspectives and stimulate more creative or unique problem solving methods.
